LKY Pioneer Series, 6 August 2007

The Pioneer Series is a seminar series with Singapore's first generation pioneers, offering a platform for them to share stories and insights of what shaped and would be shaping Singapore.

Understanding how great minds think and act teaches many lessons. The aim of this Pioneer Series is to capture these lessons in a more tangible way so that the stories can be passed down from one generation to the next.

The Speakers for this seminar series, organized by The Straits Times and The EDB Society, comprised Mr Lee Kuan Yew, Mr S Dhanabalan, Mr Philip Yeo, Mr JYM Pillay and Mr Ngiam Tong Dow.

Pioneering the Future Series

The Series aims to tap the diverse experiences and wisdom of our early Pioneer Leaders who have contributed to Singapore’s economic success and global pre-eminence today. They will share insights on what has shaped Singapore's value systems and propose new areas of engagement for future development and sustainable growth.

Jointly presented with the Straits Times, celebrating The EDB Society's 25th Anniversary and the Straits Times' 170th Anniversary in conjunction with SG50. Venue partner is The ARTS House. The 7-forum Series is held on 26 Nov 2015, and in 2016, 15 Jan, 28 Feb,  8 Apr, 27 May, 7 Dec & 20 Jan 2017. Inputs will be collated into a publication.
